  • ✅ Email
  • ✅ Phone Number
  • ✅ Information required for Form 230 processing

We collect this information solely for the purpose of completing and submitting Form 230 to ANAF.



2. How We Use Your Information

The information provided through our contact forms and Form 230 submission is used for the following purposes:

  • ✅ To respond to your inquiries and messages.
  • ✅ To send you requested information or updates (if applicable).
  • ✅ To generate a pre-filled Form 230 PDF for tax redirection.
  • ✅ To email the completed PDF as an attachment to our NGO representative for processing.
  • ✅ To store user data in our database for submission to ANAF.
  • ✅ To send a confirmation email with a thank-you letter after submission.
  • ✅ If necessary, to contact you regarding your Form 230 submission via phone or email.
  • ✅ To comply with legal obligations related to Form 230 submission.

🚫 The confirmation email is not a marketing message and does not contain promotional content. 🚫 We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties beyond those involved in the Form 230 submission process.



3. Data Storage and Retention

We store user data in a secure MongoDB Atlas database, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers. These servers are located in the European Union and are protected with industry-standard security measures.

  • ✅ Form 230 data is stored securely until it is processed and submitted to ANAF.
  • ✅ Once the tax redirection process is completed, the data will be retained only as required by law and then permanently deleted.
  • ✅ If you withdraw consent before submission, we will delete your data immediately upon request.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which allows data processing when necessary to fulfill a contract or legal obligation.

By submitting Form 230, you consent to the processing of your personal data exclusively for the purpose of tax redirection to our NGO.



5. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EU, you have the right to:

  • ✅ Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • ✅ Correction: Request correction of incorrect or incomplete data.
  • ✅ Deletion: Request deletion of your data after Form 230 processing is complete.

6. What Are Cookies?

9. Terms for Form 230 Tax Redirection

By submitting Form 230, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • ✅ This is not a direct donation – The redirection of 3.5% of your income tax to our NGO is a fiscal mechanism that allows taxpayers to allocate part of their tax to an eligible non-profit organization. It does not affect your net salary or income.
  • ✅ You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data provided – Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to the rejection of the form by ANAF.
  • ✅ Once Form 230 is submitted to ANAF, the redirection cannot be canceled or modified – The allocation is final for the tax year it applies to.
  • ✅ Our NGO does not guarantee acceptance by ANAF – While we facilitate the submission process, the approval and processing of Form 230 are solely under the authority of ANAF.
